Meet Savana Antonation, BSW, MSW, RSW

Hi! I’m so excited that you’re considering me as your therapist!

My goal is to make the therapy process relatable and personable, and the most common feedback I get from clients is that I’m easy to talk to, and easy to connect with.

I have a Master’s of Social Work with a Clinical Specialization, and have 9 years of frontline experience working with clients in various supportive capacities.

I most commonly work with people who are struggling with anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, depression, PTSD, burnout/compassion fatigue, trauma, boundary setting, communication skills, establishing wellness and self-care routines, relationships with food, chronic dieting and over-exercising, relationship struggles, and support with navigating life changes/transitions.

Now, the interesting stuff!

When I’m not in the therapy office, I’m walking my golden retriever in the mountains, drinking a homemade latte, or binge-watching a show on Netflix (my biggest guilty pleasure). I’m an introverted extrovert — I’m often described as outgoing, and I love getting to know new people, but I also really value my time alone to recharge my social batteries.
